We don’t do sales pitches or line up to respond to bids.…we are far better qualified to win business. We would of course be delighted to talk. We love to talk to people and find out what they are really looking for and what they are really like. We want to be sure we have the very best fit between how we work and what our clients are looking for. We need to understand you, and be completely sure we understand the issue you are trying to solve.
We are not suppliers… we are partners in the growth and development of our clients. Suppliers are everywhere; they sell and compete on price and not on quality and results. That is not us.
We don’t do endless freebies and beauty parades… we are a results-based organisation. Ask our clients, they will tell you.
We are not interviewed by you… we ask open and honest questions about each other. If the chemistry is not right between us, we are happy to offer you alternatives that do not include us.
We apply the ‘Expert Model’… we will talk, write and engage with a select audience, and only when we have evidence and proof that we can address and solve your issues. We have a unique point of view and we are a results-based business.
We do not compete on price… being the cheapest is not our goal. It does not help you, or us, to try and cut corners when fundamental change is required.
We do not sell time… our clients are buying years of experience and we are happy to walk away if we cannot add value to your business. We sell results, outputs and outcomes.
We will talk money… we talk explicitly about budgets and money, that way we do not waste your time or ours. We are not ashamed of our fees, they enable us to invest in the best people and the best solutions so we can pass the best results on to you.
